a journey towards connection

Personally, movement is my ultimate expression of connection. I encourage my students to explore the connection between their own brain, body, and breath as we move through class.

I have a diverse background of yoga teaching whether it be in studios, gyms, private lessons, or special events, which has taught me a valuable sensitivity for all levels and styles of yoga. My goal is to 1) hold space for curiosity, self-discovery, and healing and 2) provide my students with the tools to modify or intensify any part of class, so they feel their best by the end of our practice.

I am a yoga educator and yoga instructor (YACEP, E-RYT 500) specializing in teaching vinyasa, hatha, yin, and acro yoga. My students describe my classes as challenging, creative, athletic, and fluid. I receive the most positive feedback for my intuitive sequencing and for my instructional and sympathetic hands-on assists. I’m known for my energetic and infectious teaching style, and laughing at my own jokes.

I hope you can join me for class soon, come introduce yourself!
